DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping:
- Chronopost standard pickup point – €5, or free shipping on orders over €40 within France
- Colissimo standard 48h – €10, or free shipping on orders over €150 within Metropolitan France
- Chronopost express pickup point 48h – €10, or free shipping on orders over €150 within Metropolitan France
- Free pickup point delivery on orders over €100 (€5 below) to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Andorra, Monaco, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Ireland — home delivery available as a paid option
- Free home delivery on orders over €100 to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe
- Free home delivery on orders over €400 to the rest of the world. Below this amount, actual shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- For destinations outside Europe, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns:
In accordance with your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product and obtain a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
This right applies to all items, including those on sale.
Beyond this legal period, and up to 30 days after receipt:
– Non-discounted items may be refunded, exchanged or converted into store credit.
– Discounted items may be exchanged or converted into store credit, but are not eligible for a refund.
For any return, please include your order number and the reason for the return in your parcel. This will allow our team to process your request quickly.
Delivery method
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.
SAINT JACQUES WETSUITS offers delivery via standard pickup point, express 48h pickup point or Colissimo 48h.
Collection in person – Baillargues (34670)
You can also collect your order directly from our premises in Baillargues. Please mention this in the "comments" field when placing your order, then contact us by phone or email to arrange an appointment during our opening hours.
No order can be collected without prior confirmation from our team.

SAINT JACQUES WETSUITS does everything possible to meet the delivery times stated above. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay or a lost parcel caused by a third party, by your own action, or by force majeure.
If a parcel is not received, an investigation is opened with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or reshipment can be issued.
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check that the delivered products conform to your order and, where applicable, note any discrepancy on the delivery slip in handwritten form, accompanied by your signature.

Return conditions
In accordance with the law, refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of an exchange, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via Chronopost pickup points.
