How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are generally dispatched the day after the order is placed. When your parcel is sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. This depends on the country you live in and the delivery method you choose. Here are the non-exhaustive delivery times:

Do you deliver to my country?
What a question! Of course it is. We deliver to every country in the world.
Can I pay customs fees in my country?
If you live in a country where customs charges apply (e.g. Switzerland), please contact us before placing your order.
Which carrier do you use?
It depends on the country we deliver to, but we carefully select the best carrier to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
For France, we use Mondial Relay or Colissimo.

How do I choose the right wetsuit size?

On each product page, you'll also find a size guide to help you choose the most appropriate size for your measurements.

Last but not least, you can also try out our wetsuits in-store. Find the nearest store through our network of international distributors. Don't hesitate to contact them before you visit to make sure the store has the product you're looking for.
How do I care for my neoprene wetsuit?
After each session, rinse your wetsuit with cold fresh water. Then lay out your suit, preferably by the waist and not the collar, in a dry, shady place to dry. Don't leave your suit in direct sunlight, as this will damage the materials. And you can find all our tips in our blog article on the subject.
Are Saint Jacques wetsuits eco-responsible?
We strive to make our products as environmentally friendly as possible. We work with sustainable products and partners, reducing our CO2 emissions and our ecological footprint. We use limestone-based neoprene, which is much more environmentally friendly than its predecessor, petroleum. We also offer a 100% neoprene-free range, the BIO II collection. Do I have a warranty on my wetsuit?
That's right! On your suit, you'll find an orange label with a link to register your suit with our warranty system.
All seams and neoprene are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of original purchase.
Can I use my neoprene wetsuit for diving or swimmingpool?
Saint Jacques Wetsuits are designed wetsuits exclusively for surface water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and even swimming. Do not use your wetsuit for diving or swimmingpool.
