The goal is to remain performant using a bio sourced rubber sponge 100% neoprene free.
The Bio-based Rubber Sponge BIO-II ™ is a closed-cell sponge made from the renewable raw materials, such as sugar cane, oyster shells, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil. Materials minimize the usage of the petrochemical raw material and the mining of the mineral.
The BIO-II ™ 100% neoprene free, and is just as performant in terms of elasticity, warmth and durability.
It's an eco-friendly product approved by the USDA Biobased. It has been tested in independant laboratories to obtain the certification.
Soft to touch, it offers an optimal comfort.It stretches up to 500% and has a low modulus.

RENEWABLE
Made with renewable raw material, such as sugar cane, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil.
RECYCLED
BIO-II™ is made with seashell from the food consumption to lower the waste in the ocean. BIO-II™ foam can be laminated with the recycled fabrics.
REDUCE
Minimize the usage of the petrochemical raw material and the mining of the mineral.
REMOVE
More than 99% of allergens has been removed.
